That is an abomination. If they’re frying it up like that they are probably serving indonesian swimmer crabs. I mean, how could you tell?
How did it taste?
It tasted great. Light and fresh. Don’t know the type they used but it was really good.
Bellwether has crispy soft shell crab paired with soba noodles and a soy marinated egg on their menu.
