Anyone tried this? Came across it at Zabar’s kitchenware section. Lightweight “Cast Iron” pan from Australia.
To me all-stainless cookware is crap. You need a layer of aluminum or something to distribute the heat evenly.
Oh, wait, it’s ferritic steel. That might be different.
Thin flat handle looks uncomfortable.
When I looked at this before, I didn’t see the price? And it said it’s equivalent to CI so why would someone with CI want anything else?
I tried it again yesterday, the handle is a little uncomfortable.
