They refurnished the restaurant with all new tables and chairs, and table settings as well. Menus are new, too, more compact. Unfortunately, they didn’t renovate the restrooms. 
Oh, and there was a Tsai Chin sighting as well!

Spicy City is a favorite. It lacks the “hot” media coverage the SI and CT’s get but always delivers - and they let you BYO.
