I came across a fuckin’ great taco truck in Vernon-Central on the corner of Vernon and McKinley.
Lengua, Tripa, Suadero, Buche, and Al Pastor.
Handmade tortillas + 5 very good salsas + very good meat options.

They did not have a trompo out at the time I was there (~9PM) but Google shows photos of a trompo.
