Tart - fresh cheese

Again it’s not ricotta, I guess it’s in the farmers cheese category.

She made the tart. I made the cheese and topped it with the crunchy brown sugar toasted walnut blankie

I don’t bake other than pizza, glad she does

I usually get my walnuts in bulk from Persian markets. But I grabbed a bag from Chong’s in K-Town (the one with the insane sesame oil) and the walnuts are amazing. Give them a try for the next tart.
