I don’t know how heavy the meat is (the menu doesn’t say). It was definitely generous portions. I think part of the a la carte experience at KBBQ (vs. All-You-Can-Eat KBBQ) is slowly learning a place’s portion size and how many plates to order. The 2nd order of An Chang Sal that we had was by us ordering more carefully (we weren’t sure if it was enough food), and then after finishing that first round, we added the 2nd order of An Chang Sal.

The good news is that at Gwang Yang and Park’s the additional meat orders come out of the kitchen quickly, since it is just raw ingredients. :wink:
