Norm Theard, formerly of The Creole Chef, has opened a new restaurant, this time in Claremont.

The food is as good as it was at his previous ventures (The Creole Chef and Roux in Laguna Beach). It’s a long drive for me, but it’s absolutely worth it.

The food is very good, the gumbo is amazing (thick and rich)!
