Right, I know what string beans are, and what green beans are, and how each are used coterminously colloquially and how each are used individually depending on cultural perspectives.
I only said that baozi (or steamed boa) with green beans are not listed on the menu. Do you disagree? Where do you find the words “green” and “beans” consecutively in that order listed on the menu?
I always figured one could judge old time USA chinese restaurants by the number of cliched name elements. Happiness Noodle. Royal Panda, etc. So I’m always on the lookout for the one place called, inevitably, Royal Panda Moon Dragon Bamboo House of Lotus Garden.
