Things to do with a mandoline from Tasting Table

I don’t use mine nearly enough but having had one for a few years now I can’t imagine not having it. Lately we’ve been making pizzas and I love getting super thin slices of all manner of things. And there are prices that are super low - look at Target. Just an fyi.

We use our Benriner so often that we bought a second, wider one. We also have a proper mandoline:

It’s worth having one to julienne celery root to make céleri rémoulade or to cut french fries.

We also have a mouli-julienne, but that doesn’t do as good a job.

Radish coins for avocado toast.
