Thuan Thoi and Oh Mia Mia Truck (Sugarcane Juice)

You need to travel more.
Brazil - caldo de cana (lime juice added) - Addictive as hell.
Egypt - Best way to wait out the traffic in Cairo.

This, my friend, is a world beverage.

… and getting some roughage too, while you’re at it.

???

You’re not supposed to eat the actual cane. Just break off a piece, chew it until you get all the juice out, and then spit the chewed up cane out.

Inevitably some gristle gets in there, which is still good for you.

New Matcha flavor.

I’m all about the original cococane

Another find for pure sugarcane juice! You da man!

My friend tried this truck at the Night Market this past Friday! He added ginger–loved it! If I hadn’t already had a sweet che I would have ordered one, but now I know where and when to find them outside of the night market! Thanks!!
