Youâre not supposed to eat the actual cane. Just break off a piece, chew it until you get all the juice out, and then spit the chewed up cane out.
Inevitably some gristle gets in there, which is still good for you.

Another find for pure sugarcane juice! You da man!
My friend tried this truck at the Night Market this past Friday! He added gingerâloved it! If I hadnât already had a sweet che I would have ordered one, but now I know where and when to find them outside of the night market! Thanks!!
