Missed this one earlier. Unfortunately, I’ve had enough “chef inspired” or “famous chef X recipe” premium cabin airline food over the years to not be optimistic. Enrique Olvera (Pujol) is the inspiration for Aeromexico’s long haul business food and it is atrocious.
Nonetheless, maybe this stuff will be better than average. One can only hope.
