I treated myself to brunch the other week at Trust. I had heard for a long time that that was THE meal to get there. OMG the Chicken and Pancakes was amazing. Those were probably the best pancakes I’ve ever had–warm, tender and moist in the middle, not under-cooked, just wonderful. The chicken nuggets were thigh meat, and crunchy with a taste of rendered fat, naughty but SO good. I want to return and try other items on the menu, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to pass up those pancakes and nuggets!
