It seems like neither understands that before Omicron there was close to zero risk eating indoors so long as only fully-vaccinated customers were allowed. I had no reason to get tested in those days.

Since Omicron showed up, not only are there lots of breakthrough infections among the vaccinated and boosted, but you no longer need to be around unvaccinated people to catch it.
