For at least the last several months, I’ve noticed large commercial truck unloading what seemed to be industrial-sized bags of foodstuffs in the alleyway behind the La Cachette space (one of my work locations is very close by).
While driving by today, I saw that one of the workers was wearing a “fundamental LA” t-shirt. Huh.
Looked at the fundamental LA website, and lo and behold:

They’re doing some catering for UCLA programs, so I guess this makes a lot of sense…
