What can I do with flavored vinegars?

I bought some of these

They taste great, but I don’t LOVE them on my salads. What else can I make with them?

I’m skeptical that that’s balsamic in any meaningful sense.

I bet it would be great in a glaze or a marinade for some grilled pork or beef or chicken

We love many of the flavored vinegars from Amphora Nueva. Blenheim apricot is fabulous on many vegetables. Black cherry, espresso and maple are divine on vanilla ice cream.

I do this a lot with flavored vinegars that I get as gifts.
