Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia . Had this dish in Italy where they used the ink from the cuttlefish . Not the packaged ink from china . Anybody in LA cooking this dish with respect ? It’s fucking black and superb .

Callaloo and codfish stewed with Okra. I was served it in Jamaica and boy did it look nasty but it was so good!
Admit it, sea urchin is weird looking but we all love it. Also head-on shrimp or any unpeeled shrimp. They look like big, fat insects.
