It’s Taco Bell’s invention. That is the most authentic version, even though there’s nothing authenticity Mexican about it.

Some real hoity toity TB hate ITT, to be expected I suppose. Why not just make it yourself? Pretty simple ingredient list. Not really anyone else that is going to scratch that itch that I’m aware of.

Don’t think this has been mentioned elsewhere - Mirame has a Mexican Pizza on their new happy hour menu. It’s a holdover from their menu at Coachella this year.
