You can get one @ Marconda’s Puritan Poultry at the original Farmers Market 3rd/Fairfax. I believe that they are the only place to get one besides the Williams Sonoma catalog. I have no idea as to the cost and if it worth it or not. They also carry Diestel birds too.

I don’t think Willie Bird’s heritage turkeys are any better than those from other suppliers.
