I’d bet plenty of restaurants do this but can’t think of one off the top of my head.
I buy these pre-made (3 or 4 slices) at Little Tokyo Marketplace downtown. Most big Korean markets sell them.
The ones sold at Korean Markets (and they are super tasty and I love them) are more like traditional Tamago style. These are a bit ‘over cooked’ and more loose. And obviously warm from the griddle rather than luke warm how you the folded omelet at most places
I need a flat top griddle in my life.
