Ha! I thought @ipsedixit was joking. Because really, wouldn’t we all prefer lutefisk with Sriracha to the been-there done-that water boiled fish?
we can get a group to go next november, though truth be told, i’d be there to try the lefse & meatballs.

I’m not a Sriracha person. I wonder how lutefisk would taste with chili crisp?
