Osteria Mozza has them. From the website:

If a distinguished-looking older gentleman (his name is Piero) comes by your table with an alba truffle and grater, please chat him up for as long as possible, ‘cuz he’ll just keep shaving truffles, slice after gorgeous slice, onto your dinner plate if he’s adequately distracted. Just sayin’.

Yep, I think so at least. I was taken there as a guest by a business associate, though, so I cannot confirm the price.
Although not in LA, I did get some white and black truffles in Vegas at Robuchon yesterday.

Robuchon’s signature mashed potatoes that are 90% butter 10% potato.
How much did that plate run you ?
It’s a prix fixe menu that ran $198, for two appetizers, one entree, and one dessert. After all the supplements, not including alcohol it was about $400 a person.
