Who makes your favorite quintessential Canto-style (Non Portuguese/Macau style) egg tart?

They’re cheap when you convert to US currency. Very well known and they have branches all over HK, but nothing beats the main branch in Central. Note that lines in Hong Kong don’t necessarily mean a long wait.
