À chacun son goût. I love coffee and pork is my god, but combine the two with sugar and I don’t get it at all.
I made a reservation for indoor dining yesterday, but they’re not actually seating people in the restaurant, only in the atrium and outside. They’re also not using carts, china, or regular glassware, napkins, or silverware. You order online and they bring you disposable plates etc. They stacked and covered the steamer baskets to keep things hot, otherwise it was basically the same as takeout.
Dumplings were excellent as always. Turnip cake had pork, good again though I missed the dried shrimp. No taro dumplings.
Good meal but not an experience I need to repeat.
