Your favorite Kung Pao Chicken?

Sad, but no surprise.

I really like the offering at Sichuan Impression. The chicken is cooked perfectly, really like how crisp (not crispy) it comes out. The dried red peppers are really beautiful and vibrant compared to the darker ones I’m used to, although I couldn’t tell you how they taste. And of course I love hunting for peanuts in the dish.
