My passion is in wine collecting and wine making (Certified Cork Dork), gardening, making a wide variety of different hot sauces from my garden and fruit trees, cooking, and using my smoker for home cured bacon, duck bacon, ham, Chipotles, Moritas, and paprikas etc. Also love foraging for wild mushrooms (Pfifferlings, morels, and my favorites, King Boletes) high up (10,500 - 12,000 ft) in the Rocky Mountains
