Weird, the setting is supposed to be global. I’ll take a look.
I got hit with it in the newly created booze board.
Aha, there are separate minimum settings for the opening post and replies to it (the Reply button at the bottom of the topic) and for replies to replies.
I suspect that’s actually a bug, seems like the opening post should have one setting and all replies should have another. This implementation doesn’t make much sense.
