Hestan cooking range / appliances?

This brand recently popped up on my radar. Does anyone have any experience with it?
23 - 30k BTU burners.

How does it compare to Wolf, Miele, Ge Profile, Gaggeneau etc. Sure looks pretty.

You’re eyeing a $10,000 range and you don’t cook?!?!?!?! Color me speechless. At least it appears that they do have an induction one. I wouldn’t step down to gas again if they gave ME $10k!

for warming up leftovers and cooking instant noodles.

If you want to overspend on a kitchen range why not go for something fancier with more flair Like an AGA?

Here’s what we got for our new place in Seattle.

As I’ve said before, there’s nothing that could take me down from induction.

Much agreed I love induction so much except for the fact my Japanese alumnium pots wont work on it.

There are things like this:

I refuse to use those, I might as well use my good quality stainless steel pots. If anything I would save my Japanese pots for outdoor use or something.

My goodness, why? That befuddles me

Did you end up going with the Hestan here? I’m considering a grill from them.
