After-10 happy hour menu includes $1 gyoza (minimum order 10). I guess the crispy pig ear is the usual $7. Good stuff.

Everything was tasty. The rice bowl was a steal. I asked if they had plain hot sauce or hot peppers since the furikake wasn’t very spicy and the server told me the opaque squeeze bottle among the condiments was spicy miso, basically a Japanese version of gochujang.
