They have a partnership with Pho House 99 for more items but Pho B is the one who makes the actual pho broth.

I been wanting to try Santa Maria BBQ for so long.
I seen some places here offer it but not the real deal. Cooked open over red oak, with pinquito beans, bread with sweet butter, salad, salsa, etc.
Has anyone been to the Santa Maria Elks Lodge BBQ thing?
Hmmm… might be worth a road trip.
Central California is beautiful. A long weekend is fun. Stop at Los Alamos for the bakery and Full of Life flatbread restaurant. Then mosey on up the freeway to Santa Maria for choice of bbq restaurant.
On the way home, make a side trip to Orcutt and stop at Dr. Bernstein’s for ice cream.

I love that drive, The further north one heads, the better the produce and dairy. I would seriously rather drive to Santa Barbara for the day than to East Hollywood. Maybe that’s why I’ve never made it to the SGV.

Depending on where you live it might take the same amount of time.
Seasalt in HB does SM style over red oak. We went once and found the meat to be too salty, but that could have just been an off night.
