More Choi news:
Bludso has been living in Texas for the last several months. With the Bludso’s BBQ stand at Proud Bird, and Bludso’s in Hollywood (not to mention an outpost in Melbourne), I don’t sense that’ll he’ll open a Compton location anytime soon.
A bit sad… staying at that hotel next weekend and wanted to peep it out

That’s brave of them to give it another go. Hopefully working through the failure of the first version will give them some credibility with the community this time around
I do hope it succeeds, but it’s pretty telling that they think the only hope it has is registering as a nonprofit and hunting for discounted/donated food. Sadly it seems like this concept is infeasible as a commercial operation, which means it’s likely not particularly scalable.
