Villa Morelianas is the pork specialist right near Eggslut on the Broadway side. I usually bypass it for Ana Maria’s or Roast to Go, but today I didn’t. And boy, am I glad. I just had the best buche (pig stomach). Tender, creamy, savory. The beans were nothing special though I did enjoy the rice. Nothing offal about it!
