I can understand the new reg. So all the owner will have to do is manage how many customers are in the building, by not exceeding 130. Not sure they will really need to worry about that.
Interesting. The way I read it is that they want to seat upwards of 130 people, but that the new regulation limits them to just 80 people.
And if a jet liner crashes into the building holding 80 diners will be so, so much better than 130 diners. Stupid rule.
By that logic, all populations (commercial or residential) in the flight path should be severely curtailed.
