I hadn’t heard of it until some random OC restaurant list ranked it as the number one restaurant in Orange County alongside Taco Maria. Anyways, it looks to be modern Mexican. Deconstructed pork belly tacos, tostada beef tartare, octopus and plantains, etc.
Any reports? Thinking of going for my fiancee’s birthday because TM is apparently completely booked on a Tuesday. I guess the J Gold review and the best new chef for Carlos Salgado isn’t shutting them down. (I’m looking at you, Alma.)
