Wanted a lunch spot in Gilroy or around there as we drove home from conference. Searching for spots on my cell phone as we drove, we decided on BBQ 152 because of the good reviews and promise of craft beer on draft.
There was outdoor seating, so looks like you might be able to bring dogs and sit outside, but I didn’t ask. We ordered at the counter.
We got a slab of st Louis pork ribs with a side of cole slaw and beans. The beers we ordered complemented the food perfectly.
The ribs were moist and delicious. There was no overwhelming smoke flavor, which is my preference.
The beans were not to my liking, since they were bbq style and on sweet side, but husband really enjoyed them. I thought cole slaw was very good.
Wish level on tv was a little lower, but otherwise, everything was great. We would happily return!
