wish this place was closer to la. very high level of cooking here, will come back.

got the five course prix fixe menu add all supplements and add all appetizers, probably could have added another entree but had to hit the road and didn’t want to come off as a glutton. shout-out to the warm friendly service and sending me home with a gâteau breton.

highlights uni, scallops, omelette with delicious crispy hen of the woods, and steak.

santa barbara sea urchin, regiis ova ‘hybrid’ caviar, mille crêpe

salade of finley farms lettuces, shallot & medjool date vinaigrette

rusty’s sourdough & cultured butter

weathervane scallop crudo, winter citrus, bottarga, meyer lemon hollandaise

french omelette, hen of the woods, sauce perigord

mc ranch lamb ragout, handkerchief pasta, fuyu persimmon, rosemary brown butter

steak au poivre, 5 oz coulotte, steve’s peppercorn sauce & frites

marquise au chocolat, toasted meringue, espresso, citrus
