Cafe 2001 - Arts District

Personally, I think the coffee is burnt tasting junk. I get that not everyone likes light-roasted winey coffees, but I see nothing good about the coffee here. Apple crisp is good, though.

Lol it’s definitely lighter than Starbucks or Peets coffee. But no one is going to taste blueberries (Thank g-d)

I think Peets’ coffee is way better than Cafe 2001’s.

I drink my coffee black so I’m pretty sensitive to over roasting don’t recall it being that dark. Now I’m curious if the roast changed since I’ve been

It was stale too, to my tastes. It really sucked IMO. Maybe they brewed it hours before I drank it.

last weeks scotch egg is todays bouillabaisse curry & rice. mussels, box crab, bass. loving the cafe
