What’s the sauce with the ceviche?

i believe it’s the sauce that he used to use on the ceviche marinero.

  1. call before you go to make sure sergio is cooking that day
    2)remember that this is a cash only establishment
  2. i believe that sergio’s day off is expected to be tuesdays
  3. they close at 8, i make sure to arrive by about 7:15 because the pescado zarandeado takes a long time to cook
