Not clear to me what if anything is new. Different layout in the paper edition?

New pull out section. Looks like 48 pages. Makes me want to buy an actual paper again. Looking at it in person i like the changes. YMMV

Use a light-colored amaro such as Amaro Nonino, China China or Averna.

Averna is about as dark as amari get. That’s why it’s in a Black Manhattan.
