I’d say it’s different and that, on the whole, I like it better.
You know what I like about Chengdu Taste? They put a ton of the big soybean sprouts in the boiled dishes. I love big soybean sprouts in the boiled dishes.
But overall, I think Sichuan Impression is in a different league. Perhaps just as an overall restaurant as opposed to the food in isolation. But I like nice tableware and good service. I like higher end.
Yes, the non-food aspects are clearly superior at Szechuan Impression.
