I think that’s the first place I ever had Chinese food.

Great article, thanks! I appreciate that it touches on the difficulty Chinese folks (and other asians) had simply holding businesses or jobs in the 20th century. Bummed I never heard of the restaurant when I lived in the area.

For the record Woodland is neither tiny (population is over 60,000) nor a suburb of Sacramento.
