I made CPP today, it was delicious, but my sauce dried up how can I add some more to it? I mean how to make a sauce?

I love your avatar btw. I am a dog person, but thanks to a feral cat giving birth in our backyard last spring we now have four cats. Feline slapstick is hilarious.

My girl died. She was 21 years old. I have a 2 yr old cat now and I forgot how active young cats are. I didn’t follow a recipe. I used what I had in the kitchen…carrots, celery, onions, peas, potatoes, leftover chicken, better than bouillon, and chicken stock and half and half. This morning I made a roux with butter, flour, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and celery and onions. It made a decent gravy.

Sounds like you did everything right. Apart from adding more liquid next time I can’t think of anything else you could do.
