The location of the long-closed Legendary Palace dim sum house at 708 Franklin Street in Oakland Chinatown has now become Cinnamon Tree which opened yesterday, Sunday 10/11, featuring dim sum, noodles and seafood, .
Caught some pictures from the outside this afternoon for their first weekday lunch and it appeared crowded.
I did not go inside or get any food but there is one review up already on another site.
