Both exec and sous chef were out.

I think the problem is they were trying to use “quality” ingredients. Look at the end of the day you aren’t going to have low prices and the same protein heavy food unless you go vegetable only.

You gotta use factory farmed stuff and kraft cheese because at their price points its not doing them any favors.
