I’m thinking… fried mortadela sandwish.
From the online menu, the oeufs mayonnaise with foie gras, pig’s ears, beef heart tartare, Italian meatball dip, grilled cheese with country ham & duck egg, and duck fat cauliflower sound like the best bets to me.
