Word on the street is that Sushi Yamamoto will be taking over the space which previously housed Urasawa at Two Rodeo in Beverly Hills.
Yamamoto-san was previously a private chef, and has invited sommelier Fujimura-san to join him.
Omakase likely in the $390 range, with optional wine pairing at $190.
