How many chicken carcasses was that? How much water?
Our Costco often has bags of rotisserie chicken meat for cheaper than the whole birds.

One carcass. I didn’t measure the water, just covered the carcass generously with water. Brought to a boil, covered and put in the oven. Output was four cups. This is the third batch and I feel rich Now I want only those dishes “worthy” of the stock. Here’s a soup I made.
I ‘made’ the pasta by taking fresh lasagna pasta (store bought) cut into super thin slices and then cut across into itty bitty squares.
