I love Emilias. That guy is really cool. Plus already the perfect business model for these times.

Emilia’s is just a few blocks from my house. I was excited to have serious pizza in the neighborhood, but within weeks of opening he was selling out every day before the time I get around to deciding not to cook.

La Farine is reportedly open.

I got some of their stuff through Cream Co. but they’re also selling direct. I wasn’t happy with the salumi but the ham is great.
