Damn love it! What is that pressurized press thing?

Itā€™s a lever espresso machine, this one is the Odyssey Argos.

Yeah I have saved so much money from just doing pourovers the last two weeks and my local is usually charging 5.50-9 for those.

I usually get the drip for 3.80 though

Do you like it? I have a single boiler PIDā€™d machine and also a vintage lever (Arrarex Caravel). But Iā€™ve been flirting with that and the Strietman. There are also some intriguing lever machines from China on AliExpressā€¦

Itā€™s nice and compact and does everything I need. There are some growing pains with it being a first gen product, but the value for the price is great.

I do miss my Cremina though and would love to try the Strietman one day.

Cool, thanks! Iā€™m thinking about putting down a deposit. Seems like a great value.

Btw, what are those grinders lurking back there if you donā€™t mind me asking? I have a Kinu m47 but need a nicer motored grinder than my Sette.

A couple older Kafatek grinders (Monolith Max and MC4 with an upgraded burrset). One has 98mm flat burrs and the other is a conical with a pre-breaker. I have a Kinu as well!
