Relatedly, our stockpile of emergency food for an earthquake consists of water, spam, rice, and beans. For a pandemic, I’d assume I would still have electricity and running water so I’d be more focused on comfort/pleasure rather than survival–chicken soup, ice cream, fresh fruits & veg (by drone), dry aged steak, etc.

A freezer full of ice-cream sounds about right.

Yeah, our earthquake food is boring and based on the possibility of no water or utilities. I’m intrigued by the drone delivery.

I don’t see that a quarantine would interfere with deliveries being dropped on the porch.

What would you stockpile to make your 30-day quarantine sufferable, Robert?

I buy things in bulk anyway so nothing.
