if it’s Grand Harbor’s goal to break into the top echelon of local dim sum, they’re not there. At this point, the food is more interesting than good, with nothing on this visit standing out and some of the stuff downright bland

i fully concur with this assessment. go for the chicken knees, but that’s about it.
